About Me

I've worked agency-side and in-house across the full marketing and communications mix, from content creation to events.
 
After my UX Diploma, I made the move to an in-house agency in the corporate world so I could focus on the bit that made me happiest: digital experiences that deliver on their goals while actually working for the user. 

2022 - present

UX & Insights Assistant Manager

Corporate, in-house agency

  • Building the analytics capability in the web team, from establishing infrastructure to developing new reporting templates and processes

  • Using insights to propose UX enhancements and influence development roadmap

  • Collaborating with experts in international teams to develop global approaches to research and analysis

Career

Every role has been an opportunity to gather research using varied methods, present the findings accessibly and develop solutions - all while balancing the needs of diverse stakeholders. Upskilling and mentoring teams is always my favourite part of the job.

Education

Advanced research and communication skills have been at the heart of my development. Especially the less common topics. Ask me about Elizabeth I's poetry.
